Before You Write: Understanding What’s Really Happening

The thoughts you’re about to journal aren’t random. They’re part of a cycle.

A cycle that either keeps you stuck or sets you free.

The B.E.L.I.E.F. Framework shows you exactly how your beliefs create the results you’re experiencing—and more importantly, where to interrupt the pattern.

Physical Release Ritual

Making the Transformation Tangible

Transformation isn't just mental—it's physical.

This ritual helps you embody the release of your old belief and the embrace of your new truth. Choose ONE ritual that resonates with you and commit to doing it this week.

Choose Your Ritual:

1. Burn & Release

Write your old limiting belief on paper. Read it aloud, declare it as a lie, then burn it safely (fireplace, candle, outdoor fire pit). As it burns, pray and release it to God. Write your new belief on fresh paper and keep it somewhere visible.

2. Bury & Plant

Write your old belief on biodegradable paper. Bury it in the ground and plant a seed or flower on top. As the old belief decomposes, new life grows—symbolizing your new belief taking root.

3. Water Release

Write your old belief on water-soluble paper. Stand at a body of water (ocean, river, lake, even your bathtub). Read it aloud, declare it false, then submerge it and watch it dissolve. Speak your new belief over yourself as you step away from the water.

4. Stone Declaration

Find a large stone. With a marker, write your old belief on it. Hold it, feel its weight. Then find a place to leave it permanently (hiking trail, river, garden). As you walk away, speak your new belief. You've left the burden behind.

5. Tear & Rebuild

Write your old belief on paper. Tear it into pieces. Scatter them in a bin. Then on a fresh sheet, write your new belief beautifully. Frame it or display it prominently where you'll see it daily.
