Lesson 7: The Solution

Anchoring Your Identity in Truth

The Breakthrough: You can't think your way out of a wound. You have to heal it. And healing begins with replacing the lie you've been believing with God's truth about your identity. This isn't positive thinking—this is spiritual warfare. This is taking every thought captive and making it obedient to Christ.
"We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ."
2 Corinthians 10:5
1 Identify the lie you've been believing

Name it clearly. Get it out of your head and onto paper. As long as it stays vague, it has power over you.

2 Trace the wound
3 Replace the lie with God's truth
GOD'S TRUTH:
Here's the key: You don't just read these verses. You use them to dismantle the lie. You repeat them. You memorise them. You declare them over yourself until they become louder than the lie. Scripture isn't a confidence verse—it's an identity verse.

This is your weapon. Memorise it. Declare it daily. Let it replace the lie.

"The strength isn't yours. The identity is."
Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"
