The 7-Day Shift: Slay Self-Doubt
Imagine what your life looks like when you align with who God created you to be.
It’s time to step into your God-authored identity, and the shift you need starts here.
Brought To You By Giant Slayer
It’s time to step into your God-authored identity, and the shift you need starts here.
“Am I really hearing God right?”
“Who am I to do this?”
“What if I’m wrong?”
You start strong, but then self-doubt whispers: “Someone else is more qualified. You’re not ready. You’re fooling yourself.”
And the worst part? You’re not incapable. You’re not unanointed. You’re not lacking the calling.
You’re experiencing an identity crisis.
Self-doubt is not a personality flaw. It’s not “just how you are.”
Self-doubt is what happens when you forget the image you were created in.
Genesis 1:27 says: “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them.”
The Hebrew word for “image” is tselem—exact representation, shadow, resemblance. You were created to reflect the nature, authority, and character of God Himself.
But self-doubt makes you forget this.
It disconnects you from who God says you are and tricks you into agreeing with who fear, comparison, and past failures say you are.
Self-doubt causes you to shrink. It silences your voice, minimising your brilliance, and internalises lies that were never assigned to your name.
That’s not a mindset issue. That’s an identity disconnect. A crisis.
And this shift is designed to bring you back to yourself.
What The 7-Day Shift actually is
The Slay Self-Doubt Shift kicks off a 7-day identity reclamation process that helps you to identify erroneous programming so you can deal with the root and rebuild alignment with who God created you to be.
Not through positive thinking. Not through affirmations. Through evidence.
Your brain operates on proof. Right now, it has years of evidence supporting self-doubt. Moments you second-guessed yourself. Times you stayed silent. Opportunities you didn’t take.
But research from University College London shows that the first 7 days are the critical window for pattern formation. This is when your brain decides whether a new pattern is worth encoding.
Over the next 7 days, you’ll interrupt the old pattern of self-doubt and replace it with a new one: identity alignment.
You identify ONE lie that self-doubt has been whispering (the one that keeps you stuck, hidden, or playing small). Then over seven days, you systematically dismantle it by gathering both spiritual evidence (what God says about you) and practical evidence (what your life already proves). You learn to catch self-doubt in real-time and disrupt it before it derails you. You replace every whisper of doubt with anchored truth. And by Day 7, you take one decisive action from your TRUE identity—not the one self-doubt assigned you.
That’s it. One lie. Seven days. Complete transformation.
Sounds too simple, right?
But here’s what makes it powerful: You’re not just thinking differently. You’re building new neural pathways. You’re creating evidence files your brain can’t ignore. You’re moving from “I hope I can” to “I know who I am.”
Stanford researcher BJ Fogg spent decades studying behavior change and discovered something crucial: lasting change happens when you combine tiny actions with identity shifts.
That’s exactly what this shift does. You’re not just challenging a thought. You’re becoming someone new.
Tiny behaviours succeed where big changes fail. - BJ Fogg
You identify the lie. You think: “This is just one thing self-doubt says.”
But your brain starts tracking: “I’ve doubted the doubt. I called it into question and actually, I don’t even believe this anymore, it’s false”
That’s a shift. And when you stack seven days of evidence gathering, truth replacing, and identity-based action together? Something fundamental changes.
CUE THE RESEARCH…
Harvard Professor Teresa Amabile analysed nearly 12,000 diary entries and found that small daily progress is the single biggest driver of motivation, creativity, and performance. Not big breakthroughs. Consistent forward movement.
Your brain doesn’t need you to slay every lie at once. It needs to see you making progress on ONE. Daily. Undeniably.
Your brain craves progress. Even tiny progress. And when it sees you making progress, it releases dopamine—the chemical that makes you want to keep going.
One dismantled lie creates more freedom than three ignored ones.
After 7 days, you’ll have created a blueprint. A pattern. And when it sees you making progress—naming lies, gathering evidence, choosing truth over doubt—it releases dopamine, the chemical that makes you want to keep going.
And that’s when the shift happens. Not because you eliminated all self-doubt. But because you proved you’re no longer ruled by it.
Daily Guidance & Accountability: Every morning, you’ll receive a teaching email that explains what’s happening in your brain, why it matters, and what to do that day. Every evening, you’ll get an accountability check-in.
Community Thread: Every day, share your progress in the community and engage and encourage others on their journey, too. Stay accountable. Research shows public commitment increases follow-through by 65%.
Scripture-Backed Framework: This isn’t secular self-help with Bible verses sprinkled in. It’s Spirit-led transformation rooted in Genesis 1:27 identity, backed by neuroscience (neural pathway rewiring), psychology (identity formation), and theology (image-bearer truth).
The Foundation for Everything Else: After 7 days, you’ll have done the work to identify and dismantle the lie, gathered evidence, so you can align with who God created you to be. Self-doubt can never disappear forever. It comes every time God needs you to show up in the world in a new way—but you’ll know exactly how to slay it so it doesn’t hold you back anymore.
This is for Christ-centred women 40+ who:
Ever thought “I just need more confidence”—well you don’t.
You need to remember who you are, and WHOSE you are.
And reclaimed your identity one piece of evidence at a time.
Don’t restart. Don’t quit. Just do it the next day and keep going. A landmark UCL study found that missing one day doesn’t derail habit formation—but giving up does. Progress matters more than perfection.
Good. That means you’re seeing it clearly. The goal isn’t to never feel doubt—it’s to stop letting doubt make your decisions. By Day 4, you’ll be catching it in real-time and replacing it with truth.
Yes—but pick the ONE that’s blocking you RIGHT NOW. The lie that stops you from posting, speaking up, stepping out, or showing up. Not the deepest lie. Not the oldest lie. The most active one. We’ll help you identify it on Day 1.
Start with ONE. The most active one. The one that stopped you this week. Once you slay one lie using this framework, you’ll have the blueprint to dismantle the rest. Trying to tackle all of them at once is how self-doubt wins. One lie. Seven days. Then the next one.
You don’t have to—but research shows public commitment increases follow-through by 65%. Plus, when you post your wins, you give someone else permission to do the same. The women who transform fastest? They show up in the community. Don’t just consume. Activate.
Affirmations without evidence feel hollow. That’s why this shift focuses on gathering proof that contradicts the lie. Scripture + your own life story = undeniable evidence.
No. This is evidence-based identity reclamation. You’ll gather spiritual evidence (what God says about you) and practical evidence (what your life proves). Your brain responds to proof, not platitudes.
You’ll have dismantled the specific limiting belief self-doubt planted and rebuilt alignment with your true identity. Your free trial ends, and you’ll have the option to join the Giant Slayer Sisterhood for ongoing support—or leave with no obligation, no explanation, and no expectation.
God’s already called you. The assignment is already yours.
But here’s the question: Do you believe you’re the woman He created to carry it?
Because everything God gives you requires a vessel who knows who she is.
2 Corinthians 5:17 says: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here!”
You don’t need to earn God’s approval. You already have it. He created you in His image. He called you. He equipped you.
Now, you need to remember who you are.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
This is about returning to the identity God authored—the one self-doubt tried to erase.
The version of you who knows whose she is? She’s not shrinking. She’s not second-guessing. She’s not waiting for permission.
She’s walking in the authority God gave her from Genesis 1:27.
Become her. Starting today.
True story…you almost didn’t meet me, but for the grace of God, because self-doubt kept me stuck for a decade.
When God first called me to pivot my business toward serving Kingdom women, I panicked.
“I’m not a Bible scholar.” “I’m not a typical Christian.” “Who am I to teach this?”
I spent 10 years letting self-doubt delay my obedience. Ten years overthinking (I have a PhD in that). Ten years as a professional people-pleaser, afraid to disappoint anyone—especially God.
I survived abusive relationships. Battled imposter syndrome. Struggled with low self-worth and a shaky Christian walk. I’m the eldest of 7 siblings, so I spent my whole life trying to meet a standard I could never reach. I even spent 10 years studying something I didn’t want just because I was too afraid to tell my family the truth.
Then God said: “I’m calling you anyway.”
Not after I became a Bible scholar. Not after I fit the mold. Not after I stopped overthinking or became the “right kind” of Christian.
He called me, right then.
He called me to create Emotional Stewardship—a framework I didn’t even know I needed until He showed me how it transformed my own life. Then He sent me back to university at 48 to build the theological foundation for it.
Now, with 20 years of corporate strategy (writing revenue plans for global law firms), nearly a decade coaching women across three continents, and a Master’s in Practical Theology & Leadership, I help women 40+ slay the giant of self-doubt so they can finally walk in their calling.
Not because I’m perfect. Because I know what it’s like to let self-doubt rule you for years—and I know how to dismantle it.
I don’t do religious performance. I do Kingdom transformation.
If self-doubt has delayed YOUR obedience, I’m here to help you slay it.
