Each session was recorded, and timestamps are included to highlight key moments where Tanya confirmed participation and progress including where she failed to complete homework tasks, and where I provided the service with additional value.

***Services Period: First 1:1 session scheduled for 23rd October 2024 final session scheduled for 8th February but due to Tanya cancelling sessions and changing dates, at time of dispute, we still had 2 sessions left before the program is ‘officially’ completed***

Session 1

Kickstart Session – 23rd October 2023

  • Explained the process we will go through to achieve her goals step by step, and also she revealed a goal to reduce her employmend by one day a week so I explained how to do this without experiencing a drop in income.
  • Outlined the support and additional access as a bonus (with my 1:1 program, you get to join my community and have access to additional 3 hours a week of support)

23 November 2024

  • Tanya shares how she is progressing, what she is working on, where she hasn’t completed the homework tasks so I walked her through during this session.
  • SCREENSHARING: Explained step by step, visually, how to use Google workspace, how to share documents
  • Going through the homework task from session2 -step by step outlining brand, mission, vision etc
  • Explaining fast routes to become a guest on a podcast to position her brand
  • I created a draft content schedule/ planner and talked her through how to use this, how to create a content plan and content pillars so she could start being more effective on TikTok, build social media audience, and I gave this to Tanya. She found value in this.

Session 4

7th December 2024-IN-PERSON SESSION AT MY HOME, BUT RECORDED AUDIO WITH ZOOM – NO VIDEO

  • I walk through ideas of how to create aa methodology in how she works with clients.
  • Tanya asks me to walk her through software-Tidycal
  • I sum up outlining what next steps are, she confirms she hasn’t begun to use the content planner/schedule yet which was given in the last session

Session 5

4th January 2025

  • Tanya sharing how she is engaging in the process, confesses she didn’t do too much over the Christmas period, didn’t complete the homework, made a mistake focusing on something incorrect
  • I advised Tanya, this part of the program will be frustrating because with products there is an element outside of your skillset (sourcing/shipping/fulfilment) so it will be frustrating. 
  • Tanya started looking at visual branding and creating logos using Canva and shared her screen – she is engaging in the process. She attended one of my workshops in my community where I taught how to use Canva – she had never heard of it before.
  • I summed up the sessions outlining the steps I took during the call to help her move forward from all of the points she mentioned she was stuck (i.e. Stripe/Canva etc)

Session 6

25th January 2025

  • Immediately, Tanya sharing how she is engaging in the process, feels overwhelmed, struggling to make progress as I explained would happen during this part of the process as she is involving sourcing materials for her product (i.e. Amazon FBA, wholesalers, printing etc) which is outside of her control or expertise
  • I advised Tanya, this part of the program will be frustrating because with products there is an element outside of your skillset (sourcing/shipping/fulfilment) so it will be frustrating. 
  • We talked through different options available to her and how she can feel more in control now if she wanted by delivering digital products instead. I mentioned its ok and not too late to change her mind if she wanted to, and I shared my screen to show her how she can begin to do this as it would remove the burden of having to manage physical products. Talked her through how to use Stan, Etsy and more options and when she brings in cash she can launch her product later. 
  • She talked about her brand colours and what she is planning to use, this is all which she learned through the sessions. She said she will continue to work on this.
