I live, breathe and value purpose, identity, integrity, contribution, and all things leadership when rooted in faith.
I’m a confident introvert, Emotional Stewardship Coach, and Kingdom Business Strategist.
I’m the pioneer of the Emotional Stewardship™ approach, teaching leaders to steward emotions as a divine gift, using Spirit-led wisdom and strategy to navigate purpose with emotional maturity. My work helps passionate, purpose-driven leaders overcome emotional giants like fear, shame, doubt, and unworthiness, and the self-sabotaging behaviours they create, such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, and avoidance, that steal focus and sabotage calling.
With 16+ years successfully writing global revenue strategies for some of the largest law firms in the world, nearly 8 years as a certified coach, and currently completing my Master’s in Practical Theology & Leadership in the Public Square, I bring a unique blend of marketplace excellence and Kingdom wisdom.
I work globally across Europe, USA, Asia, and Africa, supporting corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, pastors, church leaders, and ministry builders. I’ve spoken on international stages to audiences of 2,000+, delivered seminars across three continents, preached at mega churches in West Africa, and serve as Chair of the Board for a school in Ghana.
