Faith Requires Action
The Bible is filled with examples of people who were called by God but had to take a step of faith before they saw the results.
Consider the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5:25-34. She had suffered for 12 years, spent all her money on doctors, and saw no improvement. She had every reason to believe healing was impossible. But instead of remaining in her suffering, she moved.
She pressed through the crowd. She reached for Jesus. And in that moment, her faith activated her healing.
What’s powerful about this story is that Jesus didn’t seek her out—she sought Him out. She didn’t wait for an invitation. She didn’t wait for Jesus to notice her. She took action, believing that even touching His garment would be enough.
This is what faith in action looks like. It is not passive; it is bold, intentional, and expects results.
Delayed Obedience Is Disobedience.
One of the most dangerous forms of disobedience is delay. Moses is an example of this. When God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, his immediate response was doubt.
“Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?” (Exodus 3:11)
Moses didn’t question God’s ability; he questioned his own. But God didn’t entertain his excuses. Instead, He reaffirmed His promise:
“I will be with you.” (Exodus 3:12)
Yet, Moses continued to wrestle with self-doubt, even after witnessing God’s power through signs and wonders. At one point, he pleaded with God to send someone else (Exodus 4:13). His hesitation nearly cost him his assignment.
If Moses had refused to move, the Israelites’ deliverance would have been delayed. What miracles are waiting on the other side of your obedience?
Your hesitation doesn’t just affect you. It affects those you are called to serve. As a Kingdom coach, you are a vessel for transformation, and your obedience could be the key to someone else’s breakthrough.

Identifying the Barriers Holding You Back
If you find yourself in a cycle of hesitation, it’s important to identify what’s holding you back. Here are four common strongholds that often keep Kingdom coaches from moving forward:
1. Fear & Procrastination
Fear has a way of disguising itself as wisdom. It tells you that waiting is the best option, that you need more preparation, or that you must have everything perfectly in place before taking action.
But 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.”
If fear is keeping you from launching your coaching business, raising your prices, or speaking boldly about your message, it’s time to recognize that fear is not from God. Fear is designed to paralyze Kingdom builders. If God has given you an assignment, why are you hesitating?
2. Self-Doubt & Identity Issues
Gideon is one of the clearest biblical examples of self-doubt. When God called him a “mighty warrior,” he immediately listed all the reasons he wasn’t qualified (Judges 6:15). But God didn’t choose Gideon because of his qualifications—He chose him because of His plan.
So often, Kingdom coaches question their authority, their experience, or their ability to create impact. But the truth is, your calling is not based on your qualifications—it’s based on God’s sovereignty. If He called you, He will equip you.
3. Comparison & Overthinking
Comparison is one of the greatest distractions to Kingdom assignment. When Peter asked Jesus about John’s future, Jesus responded, “What is that to you? You must follow Me.” (John 21:22)
As a coach, you might be looking at others in your industry and feeling discouraged. You may be tempted to measure your success against theirs. But your journey is your own, and the moment you start looking at someone else’s race, you lose focus on your own.
4. Perfectionism & Overworking
Many coaches get stuck in endless preparation mode. They feel like they need one more certification, one more training, or one more perfect plan before launching.
Ecclesiastes 11:4 warns, “Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.”
If you keep waiting for perfect conditions, you will never start. Perfectionism isn’t excellence—it’s delayed obedience. If you believe God called you to this work, you must be willing to take imperfect action.
Faith in Action: What’s Your Next Move?
If you’re serious about stepping into your Kingdom assignment, here’s what you need to do:
✔ Identify what’s been holding you back—Is it fear, self-doubt, comparison, or perfectionism?
✔ Commit to taking one step forward today—No more waiting. Move in faith.
✔ Declare God’s Word over your assignment—Use scripture as a weapon against doubt and hesitation.
Joshua 1:9 says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
God is with you. Your calling is real. Your assignment is necessary.
So, what step of faith will you take today?

Now that you’ve read this, it’s time to move beyond inspiration and into action. As a Kingdom coach, your success in walking out your calling is not just about what you believe—it’s about what you do.
