JJ, thank you for a magical career coaching experience.

I can't thank you enough for how much you’ve helped me in such a short amount of time. I feel a massive shift from feelings of uncertainty to excitement and possibility about my future career. Before I started working in the NHS I knew I wanted to become a consultant, even though I had no idea how. The desire has stayed with me, but it always seemed out of my reach and far away. Now I feel like it's an achievable goal that I can achieve with focused attention and action. I also feel more positive about how I am operating in my current career. I saw working as a means to an end and not a way of making lasting impact, now I can see how I can make an impact and leave a legacy.

Thank you for pointing out the fact that I am downplaying my skills and abilities. The sessions have helped me to picture myself actually being in a role that gives me fulfillment. I see myself in a new light now.

A key lightbulb moment for me was recognising that I can choose to work for companies that fit with my career design statement, instead of a company that I can fit into…wow!

The tools are sensational. Absolutely perfect. I loved using each of the tools, which is not usual for me, I usually avoid such things. A genius model for people wanting to progress, but need tailored guidance. I feel these sessions are perfectly timed for me and my trajectory.

I feel empowered about my career, I don't feel like I am going to just continue to drift and make money, I can plan, sculpt and build my career to suit my desires! Who knew!

I was most impressed with the clear view of interview structure I was given. You helped me to know what to expect and how to go about my responses. I was advised to take one of your courses about organisation after identifying that this was one of my weaknesses which I found very useful. You explained how to interject this into my interview which I did and it was a big win.
